The commitment to assuring quality was projected into all activities of the company. Specific policy of quality defines the general direction of the company, mainly with regard to the needs of our customers, assigns competencies and responsibilities of our employees, and at the same time ensures their education and professional development, prefers suppliers fulfilling quality criteria.
Our managers, while building and maintaining the quality management system set the quality goals and took actions to fulfill both the short-term and the long-term tasks. The main processes are activities related to our customers, to operation of the radio network, supplied products and services. We apply a principle of constant improvement in areas of process control, planning, purchase, storage, supply of products and services with regard to work environment.
The managers allocated the necessary human, financial and information resources for accomplishment of particular activities, so that maintaining required quality is possible. Assigned tasks are observed and evaluated, processes analyzed and monitored and results serve for improvement in the department of quality assurance. |
